Small Schooling Fish


Tetras

TETRAS most commonly found in aquarium hobby are generally small, quiet, nice fish. They are school fish, and thus protect their livelihood. Tetras generally shady and always looking for predators, so the school to give them comfort and security they need. Tetra, which is not part of the school can be stressful to the point of illness or even death. Some of the most suitable for a beginner tank are TETRAS TETRAS neon TETRAS Cardinal, Black Neon Tetras, lemon and TETRAS TETRAS Bleeding Heart.

Danio

Danio, the group of cyprinid fish is quite similar to grouse. Their hardiness and adaptability make it an excellent choice for beginner aquarists. A notable feature of their appearance Danio is unique within the species. Pattern may differ between the two identical Danio, which makes it relatively easy to identify individuals in a group.

Platy

Platy are available in the hobby a wide range of colors. They are large-bodied fish, and fairly easy to breed, as long as container plants need to provide some privacy. Platy usually thrive in small groups of about five fish. They do well in most tanks, and a group of Platy also creates a nice single species tank.
